Doctor of Finance, Guanghua School of Management of Peking University, and expert of special government allowance approved by the State Council. He is the chairman of Xinhua Fund Management Co., Ltd. and vice chairman of China Investment Association. He has served as Director of Research Department of China Enterprise Management Association, President of China Enterprise Newspaper (Legal Person Representative), Executive Vice President of China Enterprise Federation, Secretary-General of China Enterprise Management Science Foundation (Legal Person Representative). Mr. Chen Chong has conducted in-depth research on corporate management and asset restructuring. Since the 1980s, he has participated in the research and consultation of enterprise management, providing strategic and management consulting services for Haier, Vientiane, Changhong and other large enterprises.
